I love this place. Honestly they have so much selection and the quality is fantastic but, more importantly; their customer service is beyond amazing! In the past 3 months I have gotten Uggs and Adidas shoes for my son, my husband got a pair of Columbia boots and I got a pair of new balance runners - all at fantastic prices! Today I went in searching for a waterproof boot that would also keep my foot warm. After looking around for a bit I was helped by the kindest lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and she referred me to the Hunter boots. I normally wouldn’t have tried them on because I assumed they were not adjustable and wouldn’t fit my calf. But I was wrong! She showed me multiple pairs, all that were adjustable. She informed me that they had a sale going on and because of her kindness I was able to get a pair of Hunter boots and socks for $150. I could not be more thrilled with the whole experience. I have a difficult time buying tennis shoes as I need to buy 2 pair. My left foot is about 2 sizes smaller than my right foot. A female sales clerk started to help us but soon stopped coming over to help us so when we weren’t having any luck finding two different sizes of the same shoe we went to the men’s section to see if there were any men’s tennis shoes there. The sales clerk “Andrew” immediately started to look with us to see what he could do. He took us back to the ladies section and started looking there and kept bringing shoes until he was able to find us a pair of K-Swiss that worked. Spent 340 bucks on a pair of Timberland work boots. After 5 days of wearing them they stretched out to the point my feet were swimming in them. Took them back, and was told I had to go through the manufacturer for warranty. I did, and I did get my refund. However after spending that on a pair of work boots you'd think they'd be able to look after this in house. I will NOT be back after this. Management had no interest in looking after the issue and told me what I had to do myself after receiving a shoddy product.
